New purchase for Cash Faktor!

Good news for our investors in Cash Faktor! Due to the stringent negotiation process and advantageous purchase price we achieved for our asset in Paderborn-Salzkotten, we have generated a cash surplus which we would now like to invest in a second property.

Currently we are examining the feasibility of purchasing a €1.5 million supermarket close to Paderborn.   Once we have finalised the details we will be in a position to reveal the full details of the asset.  A second asset will enhance the portfolio and of course increase the potential uplift at the time of exit.
