Next Generation Investment

So how does the new fund work?

  • It will pay tax-efficient returns on a quarterly basis, in addition to any further capital growth the market and assets deliver.
  • The new fund will take over all the existing Augusta syndicates as they reach their end date
  • New investors will purchase shares at the value of the fund on the day. Existing Investors in each syndicate can transfer into the new fund, capturing the value of their syndicate shares at the transfer date.
  • Unlike the syndicates, investor funds will not be locked in and will be available for withdrawal (subject to a notice period and fund reserves).

Why build a fund around these assets?

  • The Augusta portfolio, known intimately to us, has a performing track record, is significantly profitable already and is currently growing in value.
  • These assets are now capable of generating cash returns
  • All the upfront costs associated with a new fund have been absorbed, making this one of the most cost-efficient investments on the market.
  • Some assets in the portfolio have already delivered significant growth and will be the cash-generators of the fund. Others have development plans that are only starting to be realised and will be the growth drivers. The fund will incorporate an excellent balance between the two types.
  • Germany has been the world’s most robust economy through the global recession and continues to be one of the safest places to invest. It is “on the strong side” of the euro and is now seeing significant inward investment. It offers sustainable growth potential to carefully-managed assets.

New fund – many new benefits

  • This is an excellent opportunity to partake in an investment portfolio that is already performing with no acquisition costs
  • This fund will provide a steady cash flow combined with a projected capital gain based on the analysis of previous historic performance of the Augusta portfolio
  • The new consolidated fund will provide excellent risk diversification
  • Investors can withdraw funds at any time (subject to notice and fund reserves)
